Telemarketer (Beauty)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

· Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely

· Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary.

· Attend to customer enquiries

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge about services - training will be provided

· Calling of existing customers whenever necessary

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments

Requirements:

· Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred

· Strong communication skills

· Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently

· Ability to work independently and meet targets

· Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales

· Good track record of turn ups

· Proficient with Excel
