Telemarketer (Hybrid)

  • 5 days work per week (Hybrid work arrangement)

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Actively calling potential customers from company-provided leads to introduce insurance products.
  • Scheduling appointments for financial consultants or agents.
  • Promoting insurance products, cross-selling/upselling, and managing policy renewals.
  • Answering inquiries, explaining policy benefits, and maintaining high customer experience standards.
  • Recording customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing / tele-sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
