Telemarketing Officer

  • Accountability:
    • Achieve sales target including cross sell target of all assigned products.
    • Always maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality.
    • Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently
    • Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively.
    • Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
    • Experience:
      • Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.
      • Age below 35 years old
      • Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
