    • Handle all inquiries from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, and Nigeria<\/b>, ensuring every lead is engaged and converted.<\/b>

    • Follow up with all leads aggressively<\/b>\u2014no lost clients, no missed opportunities.

    • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders & repeat customers<\/b> using relationship\-based selling.<\/b>

    • Maintain 100% CRM data accuracy<\/b>\u2014every client interaction must be logged in real\-time.

    • Conduct high\-quality cold calls<\/b> to businesses, hotels, event organizers, and potential buyers.

    • Sell with strategy, not pressure<\/b>\u2014understand client needs and provide solutions.

    • Assist clients with quotations, invoices, and order confirmations<\/b> while ensuring seamless service.

      • Ensure 85%+ conversion rate<\/b> for warm leads.

      • Track and push clients through the full sales funnel<\/b> (Inquiry → Quotation → Order → Repeat Purchase).

        • Use Zoho CRM to manage all leads<\/b>\u2014zero lost data, zero missed follow\-ups.

        • Handle 3CX calls professionally<\/b>, ensuring all international client calls are tracked and analyzed.<\/b>

        • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow\-ups, closed deals, and lost opportunities.<\/b>

        • Identify and implement strategies to increase client lifetime value.<\/b>

        • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports<\/b> on sales performance and client engagement.
