Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

•To conduct cold-calling and toaggressively promote corporate services

•Build and develop a long-termrelationship with customers.

•To effectively meet (and exceed)targets as set by the company.

•Follow organizational standards tomaintain quality service.

•Ensure compliance with alloperating & regulatory guidelines, sales practice, sales dos & don’ts,code of ethics and conduct and company’s internal policies.

Job Requirements:

•Minimum GCE Ordinary Level (GCEO-Level) and above (No experience required)

•Entry level candidates with strongmotivation and good attitudes

•Confident, aggressive, performancedriven and self-motivated

•Bilingual in English & Mandarin(in order to build and develop a long-term relationship with Mandarin speakingcustomers.)

•Possess strong communication andnegotiation skills

•Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and with minimal supervision
