Telesales Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion

• Oversee daily telesales progress updates and reports

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team and telesales management to optimize lead management

• Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems

• Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales

• Develop effective telesales methods and strategies

• Others assigned by direct report

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

• 4-7 years of experience in Telesales

• Strong passion for Telesales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn

• Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software

• Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office

• Experience in team management, leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members
