Temp Customer Service (Contract)

Working Location: North

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Salary - up to $2580 per month

Contract Duration - 3 to 6 Months


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with handling incoming enquiries over the phone, emails or face to face.
  • Assist to update data and records
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE A Level and above
  • Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
  • Excellent team player who is task-orientated
  • Possess Good Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
