• Ensured clinic operational and procedural readiness in accordance with established service standards.

• Facilitated a smooth patient journey through accurate patient registration, discharge processing, appointment scheduling, cashiering, and handling billing and insurance-related enquiries.

• Provided chaperone assistance to doctors and nurses and prepared consultation-related documentation.

• Managed requests, emails, and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Assisted the Clinic Manager with administrative and operational duties to support daily clinic operations.

• Performed ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
