Temp Staff (Architects)

Job Scope:

• You will be partof an architectural team involved in the technical evaluation of addition andalteration (A&A) submissions and renovation work proposals for existing HDB properties.
• In the course of your daily work, you will collaborate with HDB's Architectsand Building Managers to evaluate architectural work items in accordance withHDB's technical requirements and renovation guidelines.
• You will also manage queries from applicants, including contractors and residents, resolve issues to ensure compliance, and consult relevant agencies on matters relatingto statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Background in Architecture or similar building related field.
• Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in preparation of architectural project drawings and/or site management of building projects will be preferred.
• Experience and good understanding in architectural detailing, construction method and building materials will be an asset.

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6pm (Mon-Thurs), 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Fri)

Contract Period: 1 year

Salary: $18/hr
