Temporary Event Coordinator

Your Challenge

As our temporary Event Coordinator, you ensure a superb event experience for all customers and prospects at in-person or virtual events. You also support internal events, bringing together our growing global workforce to share knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you provide essential support and assistance for our Marketing & Communications team. This assignment spans over a maximum of 6 months.

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring event coordination progress, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
  • Managing day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks to support successful event operations.
  • Planning and coordinating event promotion and communications, collaborating with team members to amplify our message.
  • Handling registrations and maintaining event documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Implementing the marketing strategy for events, aligning our efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Providing on-site support and ensuring smooth event execution.

About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats.
  • An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done.
