Temporary Staff (Banking Department III)
The temp staff will perform the following key duties:
1) Research and Data Support / Information Management
- Conduct basic research and compile information from various sources
- Organise and maintain departmental databases and filing systems
- Perform data quality checks and dataset comparisons
2) Case, Administrative and Event Support
- Perform standardised work processes and assist with simple case assessments, administrative or ad-hoc tasks
- Assist in preparation of email correspondence with financial institutions
- Provide logistical support for meetings and events
Job Requirements:
- No working experience required
- Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Careful and meticulous worker
- Able to commit for a period of 12-months
