Tender & Bid Management Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Tender & Bid Management Executive<\/b> <\/b><\/span>with 2 years of relevant experience in managing end\-to\-end tendering processes for Government and Private sector projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM and other e\-procurement portals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple submissions within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications thoroughly.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understand scope, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor portals such as GeM<\/b> and other e\-procurement platforms for relevant opportunities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with Finance, Technical, Operations, and Legal teams for required inputs.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare pricing sheets, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical documentation.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain tender trackers, submission calendars, and documentation records.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure 100% timely submission of bids within deadlines.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle tender clarifications and respond to authority queries.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow up on submitted bids and maintain status reports.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Strong knowledge of GeM Portal<\/b> and e\-procurement systems.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of bid compliance and tender procedures.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and portals.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Proposal Management.
