This role goes beyond traditional consultative selling. You will act as a commercial partner to orthodontic practices by identifying growth opportunities, activating underperforming accounts, and embedding Align’s solutions into daily practice workflows.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will play a key role in driving regional performance and executing Align’s growth strategy within the Dutch orthodontic market.

- You will own and develop the Amsterdam and North Holland orthodontic territory with a clear focus on business growth, activation, and retention.
- You will identify underpenetrated practices and growth opportunities through segmentation, prioritization, and structured territory planning.
- You will drive practice integration of Invisalign and iTero solutions by embedding Align’s ecosystem into clinical and operational workflows.
- You will actively develop key accounts and future Key Opinion Leaders while re-engaging inactive or low-performing customers.
- You will translate market insights into concrete action plans and execute consistently in the field.
- You will collaborate closely with marketing, education, and leadership teams to support regional initiatives and campaigns.
- You will deliver against clear performance targets through disciplined execution, pipeline management, and follow-through.
- Successful B2B sales experience, ideally in orthodontics, dental devices, medical equipment, or a related field.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and are focused on building business, not just maintaining relationships.
- You are comfortable operating autonomously in the field with high ownership and accountability.
- You have experience influencing multiple stakeholders within professional organizations.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of customer business challenges with the ability to translate those into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are willing to travel regularly within the Amsterdam and North Holland region.
