Territory Sales Manager – Business Services Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking honest, competitive and ethical Outside Sales Leaders to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the Nevada Area. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with your Division Sales Director to set appointments with business owners using phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting, networking, and referral partner relationships. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs and present business solutions to close sales. Once completely trained and comfortable alone, you will then have the freedom to set your own work schedule and work primarily from a home office as you enjoy the best compensation and benefits plan in the payment processing industry.
Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager include:
- Building a team of sales professionals
- Help identify and hire talent
- Help train and mentor
- Enjoy generous overrides and lifetime residuals
- Prospecting for and running dynamic sales presentations
- Explaining our value proposition to potential clients
- Closing sales of our payment processing, Dealer Management Solution, payroll, POS Systems and lending services.
- Educating merchants and business owners on the Electronic Payments Industry
Job Requirements
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Strong cold-calling and face to face people skills
- Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized, local business owners and decision makers
- Experience closing in a fast sales cycle: 5 - 10 sales per month
- Experience in a performance based compensation model
- Previous Top Performer status in an outside sales position
- Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Computer literacy
- Membership in a business or merchant association or a networking group a plus
- Bilingual skills a plus
