Territory Sales Manager — Outside Salesperson

Our Bumper to Bumper locations in the Western Suburbs in Illinois area are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Territory Sales Manager to support a 4‑store territory. This role is essential in building strong customer relationships, growing market share, and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Candidates must be bilingual to effectively support our diverse customer base and strengthen communication across the territory.

This position involves regular sales calls to automotive repair facilities within the assigned territory. We’re looking for someone who excels at communication, can prospect new business, and is committed to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Growth — Prospect new commercial accounts, expand the existing customer base, pursue new line additions, manage product changeovers, present programs/promotions, and increase sales through exceptional service.

  • Customer Service & Territory Support — Maintain communication with store and district leadership, provide MyPlaceForParts presentations and support, assist stores during peak PTO periods, and ensure top‑tier delivery system coordination.

  • Professionalism & Team Support — Demonstrate outstanding communication, maintain a positive customer‑focused mindset, represent the company professionally, assist in training newer team members, and share competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual — Required for effective communication across a diverse customer base.

  • Reliable personal transportation.

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Ability to operate computer systems and online ordering platforms.

  • Interest in continuous education within the automotive industry.

  • Self‑motivated with a drive to capture and complete all sales opportunities.
