Test Analyst 8

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a passion for ensuring the quality of software products. Key responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, designing test plans and test cases, and performing both manual and automated testing of software applications.

The Test Analyst will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and integrity of the product. This includes participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline, and generating test reports and metrics to communicate progress and quality to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, scripting languages such as Python or Java, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. An ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
