We are looking for a talented engineer to act as a technical expert for our fledgling team in Pune, India. SKILLS

Must have

• - Extensive API and UI automation testing experience. - Hands-on experience of 5 to 8 years in both functional and automation testing. - Proficiency in backend, UI, and database testing. - Hands-on testing experience for REST / SOAP services. - A solid understanding of requirements analysis, test case creation, regression testing, and defect tracking. - Familiarity with agile best practices. - Programming languages: Java. - Build tools: Maven or Gradle. - BDD testing frameworks. AI-Assisted Testing:
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks for test case generation and optimization.
• Familiarity with using generative AI for: o Automated test case creation o Test script generation (UI and API) o Debugging and defect analysis o Test data generation and synthetic data creation
• Understanding of intelligent test selection, self-healing test automation, and predictive defect detection.
• Ability to apply AI tools responsibly to improve test coverage, speed, and quality while maintaining governance standards.

Nice to have
