Additionally, you have:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 10–15 years of EMS experience in test engineering

  • Hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, and system-level testing

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics

  • Ability to read PCB schematics and layouts

  • Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA or similar systems

  • Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, and box build processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate ICT, Functional Test (FCT), and system-level test solutions

  • Design and debug test programs, fixtures, and interfaces

  • Ensure Design for Testability (DFT) requirements are met

  • Support production with troubleshooting, yield improvement, and failure analysis

  • Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement improvements

  • Manage and maintain test equipment (ICT, functional testers)

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and test readiness

  • Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
