Test Engineer - NPI

About the role

As a part of our Test Engineering team, the Test Engineer will define the Test strategy and testability during the new product development for DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, load switches.

You will be responsible for the test program and hardware development and work closely with the design architect and site engineer during the project. You ensure that the test solution is released to production and supports volume ramp-up.

What you will do

  • Responsible for the test strategy of new products.

  • Responsible for test spec and test plan creation.

  • Drive the planning for test deliverables.

  • Assess test coverage and define DfT requirements by coworking with design.

  • Define innovative test methods, focus on analog IC’s.

  • Lead the ATE test program and hardware development and deploy in production.


What you will need

Education and experience:

  • Master/bachelor’s degree in applied science/Engineering of Electronics.

  • More than 4 years of experience in test development in the R&D environment.

Technical Skills:

  • C++ (scripting/automation is a pre).

  • Mixed signal circuit knowledge and testing.

  • Mixed signal ATE knowledge.

  • Test hardware concept and schematic development.

  • Signal and power integrity.

Soft Skills:

  • Able to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Show initiative, take ownership, and have an entrepreneurial attitude.

  • Have customer orientation and quality mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
