Application Support Engineer \- Test Environment (Offshore)<\/span><\/b>

Position Overview<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

We are seeking experienced Application Support Engineers to join our\nteam as first\-line support for our Test Environment. This role requires strong\ndevelopment skills combined with production support expertise to troubleshoot,\nanalyze, and resolve environmental issues efficiently.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Provide first\-line support for test environment\n infrastructure and applications<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and analyze application code to identify\n root causes of environmental issues<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in\n test environments<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement\n fixes and solutions<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor system performance and ensure environment\n stability<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in environment deployments and\n configuration management<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support integration testing and environment\n preparation activities<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Required Skills & Experience<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Strong programming experience in C/C++<\/b> and XML<\/b><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in SQL<\/b> and\n relational database management<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Solid understanding of software development\n lifecycle and testing methodologies<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum<\/b> environments<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Infrastructure & Tools:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Experience with Azure<\/b> cloud\n platform<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of Azure DevOps<\/b> (preferred)<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps\n practices<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Experience with Go Lang<\/b> programming<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Hands\-on experience with TANGO, BASE24\n EPS/Classic, or Connex<\/b> platforms<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Knowledge of VISA/Mastercard<\/b> card\n network payment systems<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Experience in financial services or payment\n processing industry<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Understanding of card payment transaction flows\n and protocols<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,\n Engineering, or related field<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • 3\-5 years of experience in application support or\n software development<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and\n handle multiple priorities<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • On\-call support availability when required<\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>
