Role Description

• Join a flagship transformation (PB TOM) modernizing core banking, where you will play a key leadership role in scaling and industrializing the test environment landscape to support large-scale delivery, migration, and regulatory readiness.
• As Test Environment Manager (Program Manager), you will provide strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for all test environments, defining the overall strategy, ensuring setup and continuous enhancement, and establishing a scalable operating model. You act as the key interface between senior leadership and technical teams.
• You are accountable for environment stability, scalability, and long-term sustainability, ensuring alignment with program priorities, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines, while driving innovation through AI-enabled automation and efficiency improvements.

Your key responsibilities

• Own and shape the long-term test environment strategy, ensuring it enables large-scale transformation, regulatory compliance, and future-ready operations
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team coordinating the setup and operation of all test environments, driving accountability and delivery excellence
• Establish and drive a scalable environment ecosystem, setting clear standards for governance, security, and efficient operations
• Take full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of test environments, ensuring stability, performance, and readiness across complex delivery landscapes
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating strategic priorities into tangible, high-impact environment solutions
• Drive alignment across engineering, testing, infrastructure, and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery at scale
• Anticipate and manage critical risks and dependencies, while championing automation and AI-driven innovation to enhance efficiency and resilience

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex IT / infrastructure programs (enterprise / financial services preferred)
• Strong ability to lead through influence in cross-functional, matrix organizations
• Deep understanding of test environments, SDLC, DevOps, and infrastructure landscapes
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect big-picture program goals with operational execution
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior management communication
