Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Test Manager<\/b> to lead Quality Assurance initiatives across enterprise application portfolios. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of QA experience<\/b>, including 5+ years in Test Management or QA Leadership<\/b>, with a proven ability to lead high\-performing manual and automation testing teams. This role requires strong expertise in test strategy, quality governance, automation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery to ensure the successful execution of complex, business\-critical projects.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>Test Strategy & Quality Leadership
<\/h3>- Define and implement enterprise\-wide test strategies, quality standards, and testing best practices across multiple projects.
<\/li> - Lead end\-to\-end testing activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high\-quality deliverables.
<\/li> - Establish quality gates, testing processes, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
<\/li> - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, automation adoption, and overall product quality.
<\/li><\/ul>Test Planning & Execution
<\/h3>- Develop comprehensive test plans, test schedules, resource plans, and testing estimates for large\-scale projects.
<\/li> - Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, API, mobile, web, and performance testing activities.
<\/li> - Ensure effective test environment readiness, test data management, and release validation.
<\/li> - Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery.
<\/li><\/ul>Automation & Continuous Testing
<\/h3>- Lead automation strategy and implementation across multiple technology stacks.
<\/li> - Guide teams in developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using industry\-standard tools and technologies.
<\/li> - Promote shift\-left testing practices and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
<\/li> - Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve deployment quality and release efficiency.
<\/li><\/ul>Defect & Quality Management
<\/h3>- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect triage, prioritization, tracking, reporting, and closure.
<\/li> - Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and recommend preventive actions.
<\/li> - Define and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into testing effectiveness and product quality.
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and delivery processes.
<\/li><\/ul>Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
<\/h3>- Lead and mentor cross\-functional teams comprising manual and automation QA engineers.
<\/li> - Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development support to team members.
<\/li> - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, DevOps, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
<\/li> - Communicate project status, quality metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
<\/li> - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications
<\/h2>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
<\/li> - 12+ years<\/b> of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
<\/li>- 5+ years<\/b> of experience in Test Management<\/b>, QA Leadership, or equivalent leadership roles.
<\/li>- Proven experience leading blended manual and automation testing teams for large\-scale enterprise projects.
<\/li> - Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
<\/li> - Demonstrated experience managing complex testing programs across multiple applications and technology platforms.
