Test Manager – Temenos (T24) Banking
1-Year Renewable Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to leadend-to-end testing activities for Temenos (T24) banking implementations andenhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining teststrategies, managing testing teams, coordinating with business and technologystakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery across banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plan, and test execution for Temenos T24 projects.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Production Verification Testing.
  • Manage test resources, schedules, risks, issues, and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and business users to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to identify test scenarios and test cases.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple interfacing systems including payments, core banking, channels, and middleware applications.
  • Track testing progress and provide regular status reports to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards, governance, and testing best practices.
  • Support release management and production deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering testing for Temenos T24 / Transact projects.
  • Strong understanding of Core Banking, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Management, and Treasury modules.
  • Experience managing SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing in banking environments.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Banking or Financial Services industry experience is mandatory.
