Job Description & Requirements

  • Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Plan and organize daily food preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared with consistent taste, quality and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and storing ingredients.
  • Minimize food wastage and ensure proper handling of all food products.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily operational requirements.
  • Comply with all company policies and Singapore food safety regulations.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
