Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared with consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and storing ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper handling of all food products.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily operational requirements.
- Comply with all company policies and Singapore food safety regulations.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
