Renew Mental Health is a busy, growing outpatient practice serving Northeast Arkansas. We’ve built a strong referral base, so our therapists don’t have to worry about finding clients — your schedule will fill.

We try to keep things simple: give you the tools, support you need, and let you do your job without a bunch of micromanaging.

What This Role Looks Like

This is an outpatient therapy position working with a mix of in-person and telehealth clients (your preference matters here).

You’ll have the ability to build your caseload in a way that works for you, while still having consistency and support from our team.

Compensation

• Per-session (based on CPT codes)

Day-to-Day

• Provide individual therapy sessions (primarily outpatient)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Manage your caseload and schedule
• Collaborate with providers when needed for patient care

What We’re Looking For

• LCSW or LPC
• Comfortable in an outpatient setting
• Dependable and organized
• Someone who wants to build and maintain a steady caseload
