Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Therapist to join our Adult Residential Treatment Facility in Tacoma, WA.

Scope:

Provide individual therapy and case management services to adults with chronic mental illness in a residential setting. Collaborate with team members to help meet clients individualized mental health needs. Lead and coordinate therapeutic groups. Serve as a member of an organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport, assess and diagnose mental health disorders for all assigned clients within scope of credential.
  • Develop and implement a whole person, collaborative treatment plan with client and other treatment team members (when relevant).
  • Provide individual, group, family therapy, and/or education therapy services as indicated by a client’s treatment needs.
  • Respond to clinical crises through assessment, intervention, safety planning and case consultation.
  • Document clinical work in a timely fashion and according to program standards, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
  • Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions as assigned.
  • Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained by following all CLR policies and seeking regular consultation.
  • Actively participate in clinical supervision and training for continued professional growth.
