THERMA COMPETENCE CENTER MANAGER
Thermaline Competence Centre (TCC) supports world’s leading kitchen planners and architects in planning of professional kitchen solutions for hotels and catering in land and marine ranges. TCC works closely with global sales and marketing organizations as well as R&D and production.
In this role you support global sales companies in the sales process of Thermaline products with regards to quotations, technical questions on standard executions as well as on special requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working on technical offers and drawings after clarifying the feasibility of special executions with R&D and production.
In cooperation with sales companies and work with end customers on the best solutions on the use of Thermaline products.
Occasionally, you need to facilitate product presentations and supporting factory tour during the customer visits.
Occasionally, you support Thermaline product manager and R&D for product development initiatives
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Experience in professional kitchen design
- Technical knowledge and interest
- Fluent English in spoken and written
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- In-depth knowledge of AutoCad or Revit preferred
- Customer oriented, you are an open and hospitable person with multicultural mindset and can anticipate our global customers’ needs.
- Independent, you work autonomously and can make things happen.
- Proactive, you think ahead and never settle.
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Pragmatic, your work swiftly and hands-on
