Third Party Distribution – U.S. Offshore Director

Position: Third Party Distribution – U.S. Offshore (Associate Director / Executive Director)

Location: Miami, FL

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the distribution of BTG Pactual Third Party & Asset Management's investment strategies across the U.S. Offshore market, covering financial intermediaries including wirehouses, private banks, RIAs, independent broker-dealers, family offices, and other wealth management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with financial advisors, investment consultants, and platform gatekeepers.
• Drive sales of Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Investment strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BTG Pactual's presence across the U.S. Offshore market.
• Coordinate closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and internal teams to deliver investment solutions to clients.
• Represent BTG Pactual at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and CRM activity.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of institutional or intermediary distribution experience within asset management.
• Existing relationships across the U.S. Offshore wealth management channel.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, ETFs, Fixed Income, Equities and Alternative Investments.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• MBA and/or professional designations such as CFA or CAIA are considered a strong plus.
