- Oversee third-party risk management and vendor partnerships across Asia
- Drive the full lifecycle of vendor management, including strategic sourcing, detailed due diligence, commercial negotiations, and performance management for corporate services
- Establish and maintain robust vendor governance frameworks that align seamlessly with regional banking regulations and external compliance guidelines
- Design and implement comprehensive vendor scorecards and performance metrics to elevate accountability and service quality
- Oversee substantial procurement budgets with a strategic focus on cost efficiency, operational resilience, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and internal compliance teams to embed regulatory safeguards and service level standards into contractual agreements
skills and experience required
- Proven experience in end-to-end procurement, vendor governance, or third-party risk management within the financial services sector
- Strong familiarity with regional banking regulations, particularly regarding outsourcing risk frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience in drafting operational standard operating procedures and implementing risk controls to support business continuity
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence internal leadership and external commercial partners
