The\nThrift Store Manager is responsible for all day\-to\-day operations including\nsales performance, merchandising, donation intake, staff and volunteer\nsupervision, inventory control, and operational systems. This individual\nensures the store runs efficiently, remains clean and organized, and reflects\nSheepgate\u2019s values in every interaction.<\/span>

As one of\nSheepgate\u2019s micro\-enterprises, the thrift store directly supports life\-change\nfor men and women overcoming addiction. The Manager leads with strong business\nacumen and a ministry heart, developing systems that maximize revenue while\nfostering a healthy, accountable, and encouraging team culture.<\/span>

Oversee daily retail\n operations and store performance<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
