The\nThrift Store Manager is responsible for all day\-to\-day operations including\nsales performance, merchandising, donation intake, staff and volunteer\nsupervision, inventory control, and operational systems. This individual\nensures the store runs efficiently, remains clean and organized, and reflects\nSheepgate\u2019s values in every interaction.<\/span>
