The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Ticketing Manager – Entertainment to lead ticketing operations across Crown Melbourne’s entertainment venues.
You’ll drive ticket sales performance, optimise ticket utilisation and ensure seamless delivery of ticketing across all productions and events.
You’re a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Manage end-to-end ticketing operations including event builds, on-sales, pricing and inventory management
Oversee yield management to maximise utilisation and revenue
Partner with producers, promoters and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely ticketing budgeting, planning and outcomes
Analyse sales performance and provide insights to optimise pricing, promotions and ticket sales
Manage Ticketmaster platforms (TMOne, HOST), including seating maps, ticket holds and event configuration
Coordinate on-sale schedules and align with marketing campaigns and broader programming activity
Maintain accurate event schedules and ensure alignment across internal teams
Support customer experience through management of ticketing enquiries, exchanges and escalations
About You
You’re an experienced ticketing or events professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You will also bring:
Experience in ticketing, venue or event management within theatre, entertainment or live events
Proficiency in ticketing systems (Ticketmaster or similar platforms)
Strong analytical and reporting capability with a focus on revenue optimisation
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of marketing principles and their impact on ticket sales
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and peak event periods
