Timekeeper

Position Summary

The KR Timekeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate employee timekeeping data to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing. This role serves as a key point of contact for timekeeping-related inquiries and supports employees and managers in the effective use of the timekeeping system.


1. Timekeeping Operations

  • Manage and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system
  • Monitor daily timekeeping activities (punches, leave, overtime) and ensure data accuracy
  • Identify and resolve timekeeping discrepancies or exceptions in a timely manner

2. Payroll Support

  • Perform timecard validation and finalize records through the sign-off process for payroll
  • Ensure all time-related data is accurately reflected before payroll processing
  • Support payroll-related audits and data verification activities

3. System Administration & Integration

  • Execute and monitor timekeeping system integrations with payroll and other HR systems
  • Perform historical corrections and data updates as required
  • Generate and analyze timekeeping reports and dashboards

4. Employee & Manager Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for timekeeping-related inquiries
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on system usage and policies
  • Support issue resolution and escalate system-related problems when necessary

5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to working hours and leave
  • Support implementation of new timekeeping processes, system enhancements, and global initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in timekeeping processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in payroll, HR operations, or timekeeping management preferred
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English
