  • Build and maintain People dashboards and compensation reports for internal stakeholders, from headcount snapshots to investor-facing workforce cost analyses.
  • Lead compensation and benefits projects end-to-end: annual review cycles, band restructures, benefits renewals, and incentive program rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits in LATAM.
  • Drive process improvements in how compensation decisions are structured, communicated, and operationalized across the org.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, HR, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, ideally with multi-country LATAM exposure.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets: financial models, scenario planning, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, you can own a process from design through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills: you translate complex compensation data into clear narratives for managers and executives.
  • Fluent in Spanish; professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or fintech operating across Latin America.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and workflow automation tools.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
