Position Overview
The Total Rewards & Talent Programs Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the company's total rewards and talent management strategies across both field and corporate populations. This role owns the end-to-end employee value proposition, ensuring compensation, benefits, career growth, performance, and talent development programs are aligned to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
The ideal candidate will create a balanced rewards philosophy that combines competitive compensation and bonus programs with long-term growth opportunities while driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards
Own the strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs.
Lead market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and pay governance.
Ensure rewards programs support attraction, retention, and performance goals.
Talent & Performance
Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion processes.
Design scalable career frameworks and development programs for field and corporate employees.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent development strategies.
Employee Growth & Experience
Create an integrated employee experience that aligns rewards, performance, and career growth.
Drive programs that strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
Analytics & Leadership
Measure program effectiveness through workforce and compensation analytics.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on talent and rewards investments.
Partner cross-functionally to build scalable programs that support company growth.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and Talent Programs in a fast pace startup environment.
Experience designing and building compensation structures, incentive programs, and career frameworks for high volume hourly employee populations.
Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and workforce planning.
Experience partnering with executive leaders on talent and organizational strategies.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting both hourly field operations and corporate employee populations.
Experience in logistics, transportation, technology, marketplace, or high-growth environments.
CCP, GRP, or related compensation certifications.
Experience with building compensation planning and talent management systems
