Overview This role is design to lead snack store TM team to build annual channel strategy, quarterly channel building blocks and customized solutions for top retailers. 1. Provide channel solutions for snack store of three categories (Salty/Quaker/B&C) 2. Support the installation of channel solutions by empowering sales force with training workshops and participation in T2T meetings of top retailers. 3. Lead customized solutions of both portfolio and activation for top retailers Responsibilities •Provide channel solutions for Snack store of three categories (Salty/Quaker/B&C) •Support the installation of channel solutions by empowering sales force with annual training workshops, quarterly playbooks and add-hoc T2T meetings of top retailers. •Lead customized solutions for top retailers who cannot be satisfied by channel solutions. •Lead end to end channel-out portfolio(pack) solutions •Design innovation launch plan for emerging formats •Own channel P&L to ensure sustainable trade investment •Own channel investment of D&A and A&M •Manage agencies for shopper marketing ideation and execution Qualifications -Bachelor's degree and over 8 years related experience; -Strong shopper marketing sense and ideation capability -Solid TM and KA experience -Strong leadership to guide and motivate team work and influence cross functions. -Strong learning agility and passion for snack store insight digging and solution providing -Passion to engage with customers -Hunger to win
