Trade-Ops Specialist
This is a remote position.<\/p>
Enflux builds market\-making\-as\-a\-service infrastructure, trading products, and proprietary trading systems operating across centralized and decentralized exchanges, as well as emerging prediction markets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We\u2019re looking for a Senior Trader with quantitative skills and expertise to independently develop, test, and deploy proprietary trading strategies. You\u2019ll mine alpha and build new models; manage and upgrade existing algos, spotting every detail and corner case in order to deliver robust, live\-ready strategies. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> To deliver top trading results and client relationships, bring self\-driven problem\-solving, a detail\-oriented mindset, and laser focus during high\-stress situations to ensure <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>precision and reliability<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage market\-making operations for clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage proprietary trading strategies across crypto and prediction markets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and transparent updates on trading performance, market conditions, and tailored recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time, ensuring optimal liquidity provision, spread management, and depth of market while adhering to client goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with internal development and technical teams to refine and enhance trading systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client\-facing or trading capacity (e.g., Client Manager, Account Manager, Trader, Senior Trader, or similar roles).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Effective communicator<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> comfortable who balances technical and business priorities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work independently and explore potential solutions to new challenges<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Crypto\-native with knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, differences between chains etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast\-paced environment<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, with a focus on precision and risk management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Nice to Have<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Experience<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>with <\/span><\/span>Python<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Familiarity with prediction markets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Background in high\-intensity, fast\-paced environments such as startups<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with AI\-assisted or agentic development workflows<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Background in trading systems or market data infrastructure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
