Main Tasks:
- Manage trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and updated
- Maintain and monitor trademark files and databases (e.g., GIPM, iManage, Symphony), including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups on publications and registrations.
- Handle trademark file opening and closing procedures in accordance with internal protocols and systems.
- Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Ability to adapt and use new systems, including document management, IP management and AI systems
Prerequisites
- GCE 'O' Levels with credit in English/ Diploma in law and/or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of IPOS and procedures would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit.
- Contributes to the effective functioning of the team.
