Trading Analyst

You will be the Trading Analyst on the London desk, working closely with traders on the trading floor to expand and improve trading activities across multiple markets and strategies. You will learn from them and be at the centre of the action, from supporting trading to liaising with developers while focusing on automation and scalability and helping the middle office team improve trade settlement and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to traders during ad hoc market events
• Troubleshoot and debug live trading systems and address system errors
• Develop reports analysis and GUI tools to improve trading strategies
• Design and maintain data visualizations that deliver actionable market insights
• Architect and manage service deployments to ensure reliable trading environment and performance thresholds
• Conduct trade reconciliation to ensure accuracy of trade economics and settlement agreements

Requirements

• Good Python skills with experience coding in Python
• Open to graduates or experienced individuals from analytical roles or software development
• Good quantitative and analytical skills
• Willingness and curiosity to learn algorithmic high frequency quantitative and market making trading
• Understanding of DeFi and Blockchain would be a valuable bonus
