What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead traffic engineering studies and design projects from early planning through construction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
- Partner directly with clients—both public and private—to understand goals and guide transportation solutions
- Navigate ODOT and local agency processes, helping move projects forward efficiently
- Contribute to proposals and help shape new opportunities across a diverse project portfolio

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field
- 3+ years of traffic or civil engineering experience
- PE license required (PTOE is a strong plus)
- Experience with ODOT, municipalities, and regulatory processes
- Proficiency with MicroStation and GEOPAK
- Experience with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and/or TransModeler
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
