Engineering Trainee<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • As an Engineering Trainee, you will learn core tools and technologies to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and build robust, scalable solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Learn and apply software engineering best practices while writing high\-quality, maintainable code<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Understand and analyze project requirements, observe existing approaches, and suggest improvements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • As an ML Trainee, you will work closely with data and models to support the development of machine learning and deep learning solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Assist in preparing, curating, and analysing datasets for training and evaluation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support training, inference, and experimentation with ML and deep learning models<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Conduct experiments under guidance and report results accurately<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Derive insights from experiments and identify appropriate next steps<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • As a Public Policy Trainee, you will support responsible and scalable deployment of AI solutions through policy research, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Analyse policy and regulatory environments relevant to AI deployment in public systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Identify policy gaps and regulatory bottlenecks and contribute to solution frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Support ethical, safe, and effective adoption of AI through governance and risk assessment frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Document policy processes, stakeholder consultations, and implementation learnings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Help translate AI solutions into policy\-ready interventions and operational guidelines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
