    • Minimising slippages and leakages of training program<\/span>

    • Content Development<\/span><\/b>

      • Customize session plans and training materials based on the target\n audience's specific needs.<\/span>

            • Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance and\n attendance.<\/span>

            • Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MIS\n system.<\/span>

            • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomes\n and key metrics.<\/span>

            • Placement Support<\/span><\/b>

              • Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mock\n sessions and resume\-building workshops.<\/span>

              • Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related to\n employability.<\/span>

                • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and\n update methodologies accordingly.<\/span>
