Training Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

· Managed training inquiries and provided course information to prospective candidates.

· Coordinated candidate registrations, enrolments, and course confirmations.

· Prepared quotations, salesorders, vendor registrations, and related administrative documentation.

· Monitored invoicing and payment collection to ensure completion prior to course commencement.

· Organized training logistics, including venue preparation, training materials, refreshments, and examination equipment.

· Coordinated trainers' schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodation for regional andinternational training programs.

· Managed candidate registration with examination and certification bodies, including CompEx, Surpass, and IECEx.

· Invigilating for CompEx and IECEx online exams.

· Liaised with international training centers, certification bodies, trainers, and candidates to ensure smooth course delivery.

· Maintained training records, scanned documents, and organized files within the shared drive.

· Prepared printing of coursematerials, attendance records, examination papers, feedback forms, andcertificates.

· Sent course reminders and communicated important updates to candidates before training sessions.

· Processed training results and coordinated certificate issuance and distribution.

· Supported office administration, facility upkeep, and general operational duties.

· Assisted supervisors with additional administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)

· Minimum O Level / Diploma in any discipline

· Previous experience intraining coordination, training administration, customer service, or office administration.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple courses and deadlines simultaneously.
