Serving as a Training Admissions Administrator GS-1712-11/12 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Office of the Associate Director for Training Ops (TOPS), Training Management Operations Directorate (TOPS/TMO), Training Resources Coordination Division (TOPS/TMO/TRC), Training Resources Analysis and Allocations Branch (TOPS/TMO/TRC/TRAAB), located in Glynco, Georgia. The primary purpose of this position is to actively participate in the component's registration and allocation process. This position services as a Training Admissions Administrator in support of eFLETC but primarily responsible for managing the training projections, allocations, and registration for all state, local, rural, tribal, territorial, and federal agencies. Typical duties include: Analyzing projection and allocation information to prepare reports for the component's management to use in response to various inquiries. Maintaining complex databases used for housing student training statistics. Initiating open and ongoing communications with the component's management and agencies regarding their training needs and to project and allocate students for the upcoming fiscal year.
