About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistants to join our team at our Kaki Bukit East Region office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential administrative support that enables our consultants and teams to focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive skill set in office management, customer service and business operations whilst working in a supportive and professional environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities
Managing general office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, correspondence and record-keeping
- Providing administrative support to consultants and team leaders, including preparing documents, managing calendars and coordinating training courses
- Handling telephone and email communications with professionalism and promptness, directing enquiries appropriately
- Greeting visitors and clients, maintaining a welcoming reception environment
- Processing invoices, expenses and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate databases and records
- Supporting the coordination of client meetings, presentations and events
- Performing ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a consultancy, professional services or corporate environment is advantageous
