Training Executive, Sales Training & Performance Development

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Training Executive to support sales excellence, customer experience, and employee development across the organisation. This role is responsible for delivering sales and customer service training, conducting performance coaching, and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for new and existing employees.
  • Conduct training on sales techniques, customer engagement, customer experience, customer retention, and communication skills.
  • Develop training materials, assessments, role plays, and coaching guides.
  • Conduct coaching sessions to improve employee performance, productivity, and workplace effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops on customer service, teamwork, accountability, and professional communication.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Maintain training records, schedules, attendance, and evaluation reports.
  • Support NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and overseas headquarters on training initiatives, product updates, and operational matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales training, customer experience training, corporate training, learning & development, or related fields.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience in adult learning, employee coaching, and performance development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACTA / ACLP certification.
  • Experience in automotive, EV, technology, retail, hospitality, banking, or other service-related industries.
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering will be an advantage.

Other Information

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and headquarters in China.
  • Willing to travel within Singapore when required.
  • Flexible to conduct training during evenings or weekends when necessary.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
