Team Management:<\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and guide a team of technical trainers to\ndeliver high\-quality training sessions.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Trainer deployment for batches and load\nmanagement of Trainer
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to\ntrainers to enhance their skills and performance
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimising Drop\-outs
<\/p>

Session Delivery\nPlanning:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan, organize, and ensure effective execution\nof training sessions on a daily basis
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure timely scheduling of batches , venue\narrangement, and logistics management
<\/p>

Capacity Building:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement strategies to enhance the\nskills, knowledge, and abilities of trainers and participants.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify training needs and arranging training and\ndesign programs to address gaps and improve overall performance
<\/p>

Curriculum\nDevelopment:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identifying the need of courses to be offered to\noffer relevant Program to beneficiaries
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design, develop, and update training curriculum\nto ensure relevance and effectiveness
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with subject matter experts to\ncreate engaging and informative content
<\/p>

Quality Assurance (adherence\nof QMS )<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fortnightly review of trainers on contents\ncoverage to address slippages and leakages
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure\nhigh\-quality delivery and effectiveness
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement quality control measures to maintain\nstandards and improve continuously
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Random check of classes
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Students feedback
<\/p>

Stakeholder\nManagement:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure\nalignment and support for training initiatives
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build relationships with external partners and\nvendors to enhance training capabilities
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Arranging Subject expert/Industry expert\nsessions
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Arranging PTM of all the batches
<\/p>

Budgeting and\nResource Management:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage training budgets and resources to ensure\nefficient utilization and ROI
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and allocate resources effectively to\nsupport training initiatives
<\/p>

Reporting and\nAnalytics:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track and analyse training metrics to measure\neffectiveness and impact
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to\ndemonstrate value and progress
<\/p>

Placements:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Students profiling to ensure readiness for job
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support to placement team for offering placement\ndrives. Ensuring all eligible candidates are attending interviews
