Job Summary

The Training Supervisor plans and executes employee training and competency programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a skilled workforce through onboarding, technical training, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance skills and compliance
  • Conduct orientation, quality, SOP, process, and skills-based training sessions to ensure operational readiness
  • Maintain and update training matrices, competency assessments, and employee training records for accurate tracking
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and address skill gaps effectively
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training and certification requirements by all employees
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and manage relationships with training providers
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, recommending improvements to materials and methods
  • Support quality and regulatory compliance by maintaining proper training documentation and records
  • Monitor employee competency levels and facilitate re-certification activities as required
  • Prepare monthly training reports and KPI updates for management review to track progress and impact
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and training effectiveness
  • Provide training records and competency evidence to support internal and external audits

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, quality, or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or other quality management systems
  • Understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations
