We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Honda division in Grimsby.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> About the Business<\/span><\/span><\/u> About You<\/span><\/span><\/u> Main Purpose of Job Role<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> · Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with F.C.A. compliance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · To ensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with F.C.A. We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer\u2019s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and being able to maximise every opportunity.
You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care, with experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span>Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
