Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Delivery Transformation Embedment Partner to join our global Delivery Transformation team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in helping our people adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. You'll partner with leaders and teams across the business to drive engagement, support change initiatives, and ensure transformation programs deliver lasting results.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders and teams to drive the adoption of new ways of working across GHD.
  • Turn complex technical and transformation concepts into simple, engaging, and practical communications.
  • Support change and transformation initiatives by developing readiness, adoption, and transition plans.
  • Create useful resources such as playbooks, FAQs, quick guides, and learning materials that help teams succeed.
  • Track adoption progress, gather feedback, and help teams continuously improve.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Service Lines, Technical Services, Communications, and Project Delivery teams to embed positive change.

What would you bring to the team?

  • Experience in change management, transformation, communications, business improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for helping people embrace change.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
