Transformation Project Specialist
Duration: 6 month contract renewable for multi-year project

Job Summary

Support strategic business and technology transformation initiatives by coordinating projects, tracking progress, managing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective programme delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple strategic project workstreams to align activities and deliverables with overall transformation goals
  • Track project milestones and monitor delivery progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Manage governance routines by preparing and presenting updates to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making
  • Monitor and report on risks, dependencies, financials, and KPIs to proactively address issues and support programme success
  • Collaborate closely with business, technology, finance, and change teams to facilitate timely decisions and smooth execution
  • Manage multiple priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced environment to maintain project momentum and outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, programme management, or project management, preferably within a Big 4, advisory, or complex corporate environment
  • Ability to apply structured and analytical thinking to solve complex problems and support senior stakeholder engagement
  • Confidence in managing senior stakeholder relationships and communicating project status effectively
